BodyText1
The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences at the University of Delaware, a Forbes 2019 Best Midsize Employer, is currently inviting appliations for a tenured Associate Professor (or advanced Assistant Professor) in Clinical Science. The overarching goal of the Clinical Science Program is to train clinical researchers who produce, apply, and disseminate scientific knowledge, and thus we seek a research scholar with a solid clinical science background. The ideal applicant would have a strong record of programmatic interdisciplinary research and external funding (or the strong potential to secure funding). We would especially welcome applicants who focus on clinical health or psychophysiology or who have quantitative methods expertise.
Additionally, applications are being sought for an Assistant or Associate Professor in Behavioral Neuroscience. We seek to hire a research scholar with a neuroscience background in small animal brain magnet resonance (MR) imaging within any area of research. Scholarly excellence is preferred above all else. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in neuroscience-oriented MR research and demonstrate innovative scholarship, with research that complements or adds to existing faculty expertise.
