Directions to the department

From the north:

Take I-95 South to Delaware Exit 1-B; Route 896 North. Continue straight approximately two miles on Route 896 North (past Fred P. Rullo Stadium, the Bob Carpenter/Sports Convocation Center, Delaware Stadium, and the Delaware Field House), which becomes South College Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue and Left into the Municipal Parking lot.

From the south:
